Time To use Backpacks With Safty Tips
The Bags which we wear in our back or hang in shoulders and sit on our backbone called Backpacks. Backpack also known as Knapsack. A backpack is in with two straps that go over the shoulders for carry heavy weight load, and one strap backpack for carry light weight load. Backpacks are always preferred to handbags, because shoulders can carry to much load instead of hands, because hand can’t hold and carry too much weight for a long period of time. But how much weight we can carry it’s depend upon our body that how much we can hang in our back. Now Backpacks are available in many sizes large backpacks can carry loads over 10kg, the ideal shape of carrying system of load should not disturb our natural body environment, balance and movement of the body. The load of weight must not to disturb or not to harm our body back parts.
Backpacks & Health Issues:
Mostly the health issues are the pain in the backbone and neck pain. Mostly the schools children always feel pain in their back because of to much load the hang in their back which is cant hang their body. Parents should have to check their bags for necessary books and stationery they carry or not. Because of heavy load the height of children will not increase in their future, and can harm bad pain in shoulders and spine for a long time.
For adults, they can hang heavy weight load with 30% of their body weight, too much weight carry will also painful for adults. In 2003, According to the research of US Consumer Product Safety Commissions, the overloaded backpacks were the cause of more than 21,000 internal body injuries.
Safety recommendations of using Backpacks:
- Must select the size of backpacks with your body, make sure that is not much wide or not much longer.
- Select backpacks by hang it that is not disturbing your back.
- Always use two shoulder straps backpacks for balancing on both sides.
- Pack the heaviest weight object close to your back, if you select away pocket for heavy weight object than you will feel the weight is much heavy.
- Select most and necessary things that you will use for carry.
- Distribute the weight of object by selecting pockets to keep.
- Must be not much hang weight greater than your 20% of body weight.
- Always buy backpacks that have also a waist strap to keep balanced the body.

It’s for traveling, picnic, camping and for fishing. In which people can carry their clothes in it with some equipments and accessories. It has multiple pockets and straps for carry too much weight.
